Definitions

In this agreement, “account” means the personal user profile registered with ekplus8; “player” or “user” means the individual who accesses or uses ekplus8; “services” means all games, betting markets, account functions, promotions, payment tools, and support facilities offered by ekplus8; “funds” means the real-money balance recorded in MYR or another supported denomination; and “wager” means any stake placed on a game or event.

“Bonus funds” are promotional credits subject to separate conditions and are not necessarily withdrawable as cash. “KYC” means the identity and account verification procedures used to reduce fraud, prevent underage participation, and support financial controls. References to “including” are illustrative and do not limit the words that precede them.

Account Eligibility

To register with ekplus8, you must be at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and use the platform only where participation is lawful. You must not register if you are self-excluded, legally restricted from gambling, acting for another person, or located in a jurisdiction where the relevant ekplus8 services are prohibited.

Only one account is permitted per person. Shared households, devices, IP addresses, phone numbers, bank details, or e-wallets may be reviewed to detect duplicate or connected accounts. ekplus8 may request further information where account ownership is unclear. Creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, avoid limits, or conceal prior restrictions is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Registration, Accuracy, and Security

You must provide complete, current, and accurate information when opening an ekplus8 account. This may include your legal name, date of birth, residential address, Malaysian mobile number, email address, and payment details. You must update information promptly if it changes. Nicknames, misleading details, or information belonging to another person are not acceptable.

You are responsible for protecting your password, registered device, and account access details. You must not disclose credentials or permit another person to use your ekplus8 account. Any suspected compromise must be reported promptly through platform support. Subject to investigation and applicable law, activity completed using valid credentials may be treated as authorised by the registered user.

Deposits, MYR Payments, and Account Funds

ekplus8 may support MYR deposits through payment options such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, and FPX. Availability, minimum and maximum amounts, processing times, and provider limits may change. Displayed processing times are estimates rather than guarantees.

Deposits should originate from a payment method owned or lawfully controlled by the account holder. Third-party funding may be rejected, returned, or placed under review. ekplus8 may request evidence of payment ownership and source of funds. Users are responsible for checking transaction details before approval and for any legitimate fees charged independently by their bank, e-wallet, or network provider.

An ekplus8 account is not a bank account and should not be used primarily to store or transfer money. Funds deposited without reasonable gaming activity may be reviewed before withdrawal. Chargebacks, dishonest payment disputes, and attempts to reverse legitimate deposits may result in account restriction and recovery of associated losses or fees.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Promotions offered by ekplus8 may carry eligibility rules, minimum deposits, maximum stakes, game restrictions, turnover requirements, expiry periods, and withdrawal limits. Users must review the relevant promotional terms before opting in. A bonus is not cash merely because it appears in an account balance.

Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, offers are limited to one per person, household, device, payment method, and IP address. Bonus abuse includes coordinated claims, low-risk hedging intended solely to complete turnover, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of a technical error. ekplus8 may withhold promotional value and related winnings where evidence reasonably demonstrates abuse.

Betting, Games, and Settlement

Before placing a wager, users must review the selected market, odds, stake, potential return, and applicable rules. Once accepted by ekplus8, a wager generally cannot be cancelled merely because the user changes their mind or makes a selection error. Sports markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and live football, are settled using the official result or the platform's stated settlement source.

Game outcomes are determined according to the rules displayed for the relevant product. Interruptions, disconnections, or device failures will be handled under the applicable game rule and recorded platform data. Where a manifest pricing, odds, payout, or technical error occurs, ekplus8 may correct the affected transaction to the result that would reasonably have applied without the error.

Winnings are never guaranteed. Historical outcomes, displayed return-to-player figures, form guides, statistics, or betting tips do not predict future results. Every user accepts the risk of losing their stake.

Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawal requests are subject to available balance, completed wagering requirements, account limits, payment checks, and KYC approval. ekplus8 may request a valid identity document, proof of address, payment ownership evidence, a selfie verification, or reasonable source-of-funds information. Documents must be genuine, legible, current, and submitted through the approved secure process.

Where practicable, withdrawals may be returned through the same payment route used for deposits. E-wallet and bank processing times are estimates and may be affected by verification, transaction size, provider availability, public holidays, banking hours, or compliance review. ekplus8 does not guarantee that every Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, or FPX withdrawal will arrive immediately.

Users must ensure recipient details are correct. ekplus8 may delay or reject a request where account names do not match, documents are incomplete, suspicious activity is detected, or a legal or compliance obligation requires further review.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use ekplus8 to engage in:

• Fraud, money laundering, identity misuse, or unlawful financial activity;
• Collusion, chip dumping, match manipulation, or coordinated betting abuse;
• Use of bots, scripts, automated systems, or unauthorised data extraction;
• Exploitation of software faults, incorrect odds, duplicate credits, or payment errors;
• Harassment of staff or other users, threats, or abusive communications;
• Attempts to bypass age checks, KYC procedures, limits, or self-exclusion controls;
• Sale, transfer, rental, or sharing of an ekplus8 account.

Suspected misconduct may lead to transaction review, withholding of affected funds, account suspension, account closure, or disclosure to payment providers or competent authorities where legally required.

Responsible Gambling and Age Restriction

ekplus8 is intended solely for players aged 21 and above. Gambling should be treated as paid entertainment, not employment, investment, or a way to recover debt. Users should establish affordable deposit, loss, and time limits before playing and must never wager money required for rent, food, education, medical care, loan repayments, or family obligations.

ekplus8 may provide session reminders, cooling-off choices, deposit controls, and self-exclusion tools. A request for self-exclusion must not be bypassed by creating another account. Account Suspension, Closure, and Dormancy

Users may request account closure through ekplus8 platform support, subject to settlement of outstanding transactions and required verification. ekplus8 may temporarily restrict or permanently close an account where these Terms and Conditions are breached, identity cannot be confirmed, security is compromised, unlawful activity is suspected, or continued service presents a compliance or player-safety risk.

If an account remains inactive for an extended period, ekplus8 may contact the user, apply any dormancy process disclosed in advance, or require renewed verification before access is restored. Legitimately withdrawable funds remain subject to identity confirmation and applicable account checks.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

ekplus8 aims to maintain a stable service but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider outages, internet disruption, device compatibility, cyber incidents, and events outside reasonable control may affect access. Users should not place wagers where their connection is unstable or where they cannot review the transaction details clearly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ekplus8 is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from platform use, missed betting opportunities, user error, third-party payment delay, or unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to protect credentials. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, Privacy, and Contact

ekplus8 may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect operational, legal, security, payment, or product changes. The updated version will apply from the effective date shown on this page. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes may also be communicated through an account notice.

Personal information collected in connection with account registration, verification, payments, security, and support is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
